Return Policy and Shipping Policy

All New Mexico Milkmaid products are guaranteed. If your product arrives damaged, does not hold up under normal wear, or you are just unhappy with your product within the first 14 days after your product arrives contact New Mexico Milkmaid (hello@newmexicomilkmaid.com) and make us aware that you would like to process a return. At that time we will communicate the address you will need to ship the product to.

We are more than happy to give cash back for a return or exchange your item for a new one. However, shipping costs are non-refundable and at the customers’ expense. Please include the original invoice. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email verifying your return or exchange. If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange please shoot us an email.

Because of the custom nature of the items offered by New Mexico Milkmaid, there is a processing period associated with most orders. Items typically ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
